Q) Why choose a Buzz KC Photo Booth?
A) Why not? Simply put they are the most memorable type of entertainment and double as a perfect party favor. A photo booth at your event will be an instant success, hours of fun for everyone. Q) How does the booth work?
A) That’s easy! Just step inside and close the curtain. Press the button to begin taking your photos. Ready….Set….Pose!!! You will be prompted by the screen to take up to 4 different photos.
Q) When do we receive the pictures?
A) Almost Immediately! Upon exiting the booth wait roughly 15 seconds for your pictures to print from the booth! ENJOY!
Q) How many photos can we take?
A) That’s the best part! You can take as many photos as you like. There is no limit to the number of photos during your event. So please feel free to take as many as you like!
Q) Are the photos black and white or color?
A) Your guests can choose! Every time they enter the booth your guests will have the option to choose between color or black and white photos.
Q) Who will help the guests with the scrapbook?
A) We will! A Buzz KC Photo attendant will be available at all times to assist your quests with any questions or concerns. The Buzz KC Photo attendant will also assist your guests in creating a beautiful Scrapbook that you will cherish forever.
Q) Can I bring my own scrapbook?
A) Of course you can. Keep in mind that you will also need to provide your own supplies (scissors, pens, stickers, etc) and someone to help.
Q) How big is the booth?
A) The booth is approximately 7 ft long and 5 ft wide.
Q) How many people can fit into the booth?
A) A lot! A Buzz KC Photo booth will accommodate an average of 10 guests at a time.
Q) My event is outdoors. Can I still reserve a Buzz KC Photo Booth?
A) Absolutely. We love an outdoor party! There are a few requirements: a flat surface; access to the required power outlet; and of course weather is a concern, so an approved cover (such as a tent) is a must.
Q) What is included in the services?
A) We provide a menu of services which allows you to customize a package that is perfect for your event. A full time attendant, dual copy photo strips/or photo strip with custom logo, and a pass code protected on-line photo gallery are included in each package.
Q) How far in advance to I need to book my event?
A) People typically book 6 months to 1 ½ years in advance. However some people will book with only a few days notice! As long as we have availability, we will be more than happy to accommodate everyone.
Q) How do I reserve a Buzz KC Photo Booth for the date of my event?
A) Simple! Just go to the Reserve tab of this website and complete the brief questionnaire, or Call 816-200-0325, or you can simply to make sure your date is available. There is a $250 deposit required to reserve your date, we’ll contact you to sign the contract, and the remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event. We will see you there!
